Powys County Council reopened the Museum and Art Gallery at y Gaer on Glamorgan Street, Brecon to visitors on Friday 31 July. It is currently open for limited hours on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Visits to the Museum are available under supervised conditions from 10.00 to 12.30 and from 13.00 to 16.00. Entry and sign in for visitors is from Captains Walk Gardens via the Atrium entrance on the south side of y Gaer. There is no booking system at present and entry is free of charge.
